Hi my name is Walter Griffin and I made a purchase at your store over the phone after one of your customers referred me because of your great customer service and fast delivery. Well that was not my experience. I called on May 27th 2020 your sales rep was having multiple conversations while on the phone with me with. I explained to her that the reason why I am calling is because I heard that y'all had fast delivery and I get surgery next week so I went like my furniture to them to be delivered on time before my surger. Your save rep misunderstood my order when I said I trying to purchase a full size bed set a long with a full size mattress with a split full size box spring. She never sent me a receipt bio email explaining to me everything that I had purchased so I never got a invoice email. While she was on the phone with me he put me on hold several times to have multiple conversations with other people it was also a lot of laughing and goofing off going on in the background. I had to call multiple times just to get a receipt after I got my receipt I called back and explain to your facility which is located in West Baltimore Franklin Street that I do not need a queen size mattress and box spring what I need is a full size mattress a long with a split size box spring full size. They still sent me a queen size mattress was a queen size box spring. I sent the queen size and queen size mattress along with the box spring back they sent me after the delivery guy and I call them and explain to them that I need a split box spring full size they told me on the phone that they were going to spend me it. The second time that the delivery guy came they still sent me a full size box spring which does not fit up my steps I called them several times they have been rude to me on the phone they transferred me to different stores just for them to transfer me back to the Franklin store. I asked double time to speak with a manager it's been several weeks and I still have not spoken to a manager or nobody from customer service. I am still trying to purchase a split box spring because I paid extra for a box spring that does not fit and I still have not gotten no answer I called today after a month of this headache and frustration to find out that they do have a full box spring split it would have to be special ordered and I would have to pay extra what I asked her how much it would be she told me that I would have to call back later because she had another customer in front of her and also she had another customer on the link I asked to speak with a store manager and she told me that she was walking around the store and was doing something at the moment and I will have to call her back and then hung up the phone. Is this the kind of customer service and business that we are running today I myself did not work hard to become a business owner of myself to allow my business to go down the drain do to the fact that I have poor customer service. Do to the fact that my bed was not delivered on time my stitches came out it's going to take me longer to heal I had to sleep on uncomfortable condition for a week and a half which cause more motion my back and my knee started to hurt after a while do to the fact I had surgery and I was sleep uncomfortable conditions do to the fact of your mistakes. it is now on June 8th 2020 and the situation is still not solved. I made copy and I'm sending them to my attorney that business Better Bureau along with other people and I'm getting this notarized User's recommendation: *** no.
