Customer service and product suck!

purchase 5.9 NEW LONG BLOCK exactly 90 from purchase day and 3k miles freeze plugs pop out right side of engine customer over heat it. call the place and i got offer as a courtesy a *** head gasket because it was out of warranty! it take 20 days to arrive and take me 1 week to instal stuck with the bill and factory parts do not fit. make me feel bad for my customer new engine and have to install universal plugs plust tow plus plus plus. expend over 2000 to fix (patch) *** product because poor quality SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY HIGH MILES ENGINE. IT WILL LAST LONGER THAN 90 DAY RIDICULES WARRANTY NOW I KNOW
