Having attempted to get them to match their sister company's hydron units that have better efficiency and warranty, I sent a message through their website. Simpson doing that they have been refusing to talk to me about other issues. That is, even though I did not pursue that subject further after they rejected my request. I've spent weeks now trying to talk to someone local who is an expert in this product. They keep making excuses for not talking to me. It is an unusual situation & certainly poor customer service. At this point 8want to speak to or email with their executive office. I hope this way of reaching out to them will get results.
