In the past Fedex has lost my packages, delivered it to the wrong address and much more. Called up Customer Service because this time my package said delivered but was not. Turns out Customer Service sides with Fedex Company. Checked my cameras for the time that it was claimed to be delivered and no Fedex Truck. Was refunded the money but was told that if it happened again, I would not be Refunded. As if it were my fault. The Fault lies with Fedex who delivered my package to a wrong address!
