Update by user Jan 20, 2021 I have contacted customer care who could not help. I contacted the high team twice, they said to wait 3-5 days to see if bank cleared a refund. Then today I was told to contact my bank! What !?! My bank is not the problem, Big Lots is. I googled Corporate fax number and I could not locate. I am a long time Big Lots customer who is not being treated like a valued customer! Original review posted by user Jan 20, 2021 I ordered a SET on line of a full size mattress and box spring. It had a set price. Once I paid, I received an email the the boxspring was unavailable and that I, the customer, had to hunt for a store that had the boxspring. I had two separate deliveries, had to pay the delivery fee twice. Price did not add up to the set price on line but was $150.00 more. This is unacceptable. I have spent too much legwork trying to get back $. I am doing all the work and still not resolved.
