I have had to file two corporate complaints against State Farm over a billing issue on my auto insurance. I was billed a certain amount and when I went online to pay if was a totally different amount. I paid what was due during the complaint call and then received a refund for the exact amount I had paid! Now they are billing me again the totally wrong amount! User's recommendation: I would not recommend State Farm to anyone.
