Customer Service. Accommodation rates unclear. Phone call rates on my bill.

I have raised a complaint and after 5 days calling back and forth I have accepted the hotel rates were unclear but, have spent $140.67 calling out internationally and not once except today where consultant asked if I would like a call back. Also rudely spoken to by NAJA in Hong Kong and Narveen telling me I lied about my booking, insisting I didn't have a booking for August [protected]. I am seeking any compensation for this financial hardship now resulting as a result of my phone bill costs calling overseas mostly to Hong Kong. Sincerely Deborah Stanes.
