If I could give zero stars I would. Little Dealer Little Prices failed me in every way. Their customer service is sub par. The service department is sub sub par. Horrible experience with them. Late last year I took my Shockwave in for some insurance related repairs and to get the front cap repaired by the manufacturer. The insurance repairs were completed, some fiber glass work and lower metal install. Last weekend we were out in Glamis and it was windy, I kept hearing a "ting" ting" "ting" I started looking around the toy hauler and located the source of the noise. The metal that they "installed" is intact not. They didn't fasten the metal to the bracket that is touching the metal. They were tasked with buffing out the front cap and polishing. Also they were to reinstall the new front decals on the cap. A second grader could have done a better job. There are wrinkles in the main decal. Horrible application! They did supply me with a new set of decals but I refused to allow them to install them. I will have a professional do it. I will NEVER use Little Dealer Little Prices for repair work or any future toy hauler purchases. And I will continue to recommend other places to my family and friends.
