Date of incident: jun 28 2018, When my toyota 2014 was serviced for oil change and tire rotation around year 2017, they complained about tire and brake. I had factory warranty then, they would have suggested me to go ahead and fix it since I have factory warranty, but they did not and ended up postponding the service saying its ok without them fixed as well. on Jun 28 1018, when I went for tire change, they saw the problem and said, that need to be fixed ASAP. By this time, the factory warranty was over and I have to pay around 1700 dollars immediately for tire and brake just after the service. This broke my account, whereas this should have been covered by factory warranty. desirable resolution: request for a refund.
