Customer harassment during lockdown

To whom it may concern Got a call from call centre staff twice during lockdown regarding payment. I explained to your staff that paymment will be made after lockdown is over. Then I got a call again regarding payment and on questioning your staff as to why she is working during lockdown as she is a non-essential staff, I was told she was working from home and she expected me to go out to the bank to do a left. What kind of service is this. Does your Company want me to break lockdown rules because of one month's payment. This is unacceptable service. I am seriously thinking about closing down this açcount. I don't want to do business with a company that doesn't abide by rules and regulations of the government. T Chetty
