Customer for 10 years. Increased fees without notice. Moved number to a new carrier, but before I could, evoice disconnected the phone number prematurely. This is clearly one of those businesses that does everything they can to get you to sign up only to make it impossible to move away from their service when you realize how bad they are. I was hung up on 3 times by the shockingly terrible customer support people from Pakistan/India/NOTAmerica. I was put on hold for what seemed like hours on end. Repeatedly told that there wasn't any manager available to speak with me. This is hands down the worst company I have ever worked with. Terrible customer service! After 10 freaking years as a customer! Wow!
