Customer complaint. Rude Manager

My 9 yr old nice visiting for the holidays purchased a carry-on luggage. After paying for her purchases, she was advised by her grandma to place her items into the luggage. At that moment she realize it required a combination number to open. Her grandma asked the cashier if the store provided the number, because there was none on the luggage. The cashier informed them that she did not know how to get the number if it was not on the item. At this point the cashier was ask if theluggage could be exchanged for another one. The cashier said no, because all sales are final. I said, there is no signs posted stating that fact. At this point we ask to speak to the manager, the cashier stated, "I am the manager. Grandma said, "my granddaugther just paid you for her purchase, did not step away from your register or left the store and all we're asking is for you to allow my 9 yr old granddaugther to get a luggage she would be able to use. The manager once ahain refused, stating the store policy is all sale items $10.00 amd under unexchangeable or returnable. I stated there not signs stating that fact, not by the luggages or throughout the store. There is obsolutely no sogms in or out the store stating all sales are final, not rehular priced items or sale items. The manager was disrepectful. Where asked, for the corporate store number she said there is none, and rumbled a website address before walking away. O habe pictures throughout the store to prove the store does not have one sign validing her statement. On the way out the door the alarms went off. As we retuned to ask her to check the bags to ensure all security was removed from our purchase the managet walled off ignoring us. We then weny to another employee who started smorking also ignoring our request. Not allowimg yheor behaboor to detour us from ensuring the purchased items were clear to leave the store, the cashier grudgingly took care of us. She actually rrmoved 4-5 alarms from our purhase. At wjich point we as for the managers name, we were them greeted with "have a good day." Store # 215, reg 4, Associate Semaj. All I am requesting is resolution of the matter. Poor business practice
