really!!! Did not expect this behavior from careen customer care service. I thought that after mergeing with Uber will ruin careem but not like this. really good job Uber. I don't care about driver behavior and his problem with me because I thought that customer care service will always reserve my rights. now about the driver his trip to my location it's expected time was 9 minutes and he takes 45 minutes and the first 30 minutes he wasn't moving and when he pressed that's he arrived my location he was too away from my location then I walked to the end of the Street but couldn't see him and when I call him on his number he opened the line and didn't answer then I called him to careems number the first phase he said why didn't cancelled the trip when seen it this away I said to him why you didn't then he said to him where are you I didn't see you at my location the he started yelling and Insulting and threatening and he is coming to beat me so I said to him come where are you am waiting then after two minutes careem customer service called me and I told her what happened and this happened... by the way until careem couldn't reserve my rights I will reserve it by myself and I'm going to claim my rights driver by police.. .
