Dear Sir / Madam, This is B.janardhan mobile no ([protected]) our TATA DOCOMO Customer regarding mobile portabulity i have put a message on may 2nd to customer care.then i got a call from customer care they told that dont change the mobile number sir. we will give the nice offer as you like local call for 30 paisa docomo to docomo 10 paisa but now offer is not there wait for 10 days we will give the offer . but now the customer care people telling no offer nothing you can change the mobile means you can change no problem.this is not fear your customer care people are cheating the clients like that. we are suffering the problems.please take a action immediately.
