I spoke to two individuals this morning on your customer service line. The first person listened to my problem , she told how she was going to proceed and connect me to someone who could help. She came back on the line indicated she found the person and transfer me. The second person indicated she was given info about my problem, but wanted me to tell her what the problem was so that we were on the "same Page". She was able to resolve my problem. Both ladies displayed excellent customer service and demonstrated teamwork. I was very pleased with the outcome and the service provided by these ladies. User's recommendation: That thsy should consider your service & your employees are helpful.
