Customer care enquiry, i bought 5 phones through Jumia and one is faulty

All physical physical office and locations provided in Kenya are nonexciting. The phone number provided when dialed is out of service. I regret dealing with Oukitel and Jumia. User's recommendation: Not to buys things online. I prefer a physical location where one can revisit in case of after sale service needs.
