Please see email I sent to General Manager Mr. Faruqi, Thank you for your prompt response. I understand that you want to have a property that encourages return guests. I do appreciate the pleasant and courteous nature of your employees. I do think that for the money I paid I should have been able to view the oceanfront through a cleansed window. I also expected to use the bathroom facilities without fear of the ceiling collapsing and debris falling down on me. Also, I expected to be able to step in a shower each day without adjusting the sliding door. Two chairs on the balcony would have been nice instead of just one. These, among other's previously mentioned, are my concerns for which I request a refund. Thank you for your attention and I look forward to hearing from you. Pamela Puckett
