I ordered 2 custom leather sofas and 2 custom leather ottomans in Nov 2016 I got to pick style of sofa, leather grade, stitching color and leather color. They told me that I would have them in 4-5 months. They put me on a no interest 2 year Wellsfargo loan right when I ordered. This is not legal. They then had all their $3500 up front. After 5 months, then 6 months, then 7 months, then 8 months, 9 months, 10 months, I requested that the whole $3,500 be returned to me. Finally after a 30 day battle, they credited all my money back to my Wellsfargo loan. The furniture was lost between China and California for several months. These sofas frames were built with fiber board and some hard wood. I received a call from the sales manager at the store in Early Dec 2017 that they found them in a warehouse in California. I refused buying them again and ordered high end custom all hardwood framed sofas from Texas Leather in Spring, TX. I received my beautiful MADE IN USA sofas in just under 5 weeks! You get what you pay for!
