The Custom Edge of Fayetteville NC does substandard work at above average prices. The owner and crew have no idea what attention to detail is. They are sloppy and dont deliver on their promises. They promise a quality product and deliver something completely different. During the estimate they will tell you exactly what you want to hear in order to get you to sign a contract. They have you sign a waiver that says they are not responsible for damages and then they have absolutely no concern or consideration for your personal property. They cant even estimate or forecast proper amounts of concrete. Then, when they come up short they will try to get you to pay extra, claiming you changed the dimensions. In reality, it's because they are even too incompetent to do the forms corectly! They tell you that they can match colors and they cant. They tell you they've seen colors and they look good, then when they dont look like their samples they backpeddle and say that they've never used the color before and it's your fault because you're the one who chose the color. They are unprofessional and rude. Customer Service is the wife and co-owner and she will quickly explain to you that everything they do is right and "it's not their fault". They claim to work all hours, but they rarely worked past lunch time at my house and never, ever worked on a Friday. unless you enjoy being ripped off, look around and save your hard earned money until you find a reputable company that does a quality job.
