Custom Controllerzz – Ruined my sons Christmas!!

I ordered my 12 year old a custom Xbox controller, paid $100 plus $12.65 for shipping. I placed the order on 11/28/14 PLENTY of time to receive it. They charged my card and sent confirmation but no tracking #. I called 50 times as Xmas was nearing. You have 3 options 1 for sales, 2 for customer service (what a joke) and 3 for all other. They all ring once and go to a general voicemail. I sent several emails as well. No response, they are crooks and RUINED my sons Xmas! Don't buy from them! You will be sorry like us.
