Wanted to check Status of my 6/19/20 flight from Mumbai to Chicago, since Indian government banned all international flights till June 30. Ticket was through United and under United as well as Lufthansa web my booking shows flight is there. Called United and they asked me call Lufthansa. Called them 3 times and every-time I ended up holding over 90 minutes And at the end call was getting disconnected and no answer. Extremely poor service
