In november 2018 I placed an order with current catalog. 4 of the items Were big eye puffy ducks... A toy for children that when squeezed the eyes pop and a ball lights up inside duck. Not one out of the four operated properly. I called customer service and was told I would get a refund on my debit credit card. I have not received it. I get letters many times to order from current catalog and when I do this is the treatment I receive.
