I ordered a Full Crustal set by Fuller Brush. When I received the order the top of the bottle was broken off and there was no way to open it to a spray position, the spray bottle was not usable. I called customer service and was told that I could not get a replacement bottle without sending everything back, that will cost me a return fee. The agent I talked to said her hands were tied and that is all that she could offer. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she didn't have one that could be reached by phone and, so far, I have found no way to speak to anyone with authority. I think it is unreasonable to buy a broken product and have to pay anything to get a replacement for the broken product.
