Crunch Fitness – Blackhawk
I paid my first, last and processing fees. Was told to give a written 30 day notice to cancel. All standard practice. The issue was, I followed their cancellation process to the 'T' and then they tell me they can't find the cancellation letter/form and are looking for me to pay. I've been called 5 times and received multiple emails. BEWARE this franchise is not well run and/or operated!
