Cruise ship parking tampa/miami

1

Made a reservation on line on 11/29 and paid by credit card. Showed up the day of the cruise only to find that the parking lot had been abandoned. Many customers milling around, attempted to call the two phone numbers listed for the Tampa facility and could only get a recording saying that I was calling outside of normal business hours. Of course this was not the case - had to park at a different city owned parking lot and pay again for parking and pay for a taxi to take us to the cruise ship. Have sent numerous emails and called and left messages and no one will return the calls. These people are crooks! Their phone number is [protected] and the lot is located on N. Brush St in the Tampa port area.
