Cruise reservation Cancellation

I have booked a cruise starting from Cape Canaveral, FL on 8th March afternoon. Because of illness I have to cancel. I have been on the phone for them on hold for over 2 hrs three different times today and yesterday. They never connect after a couple of hours they cut off the line. I am so disappointed in the abysmally poor customer service by such a good brand! User's recommendation: Do not use this travel service!
