Ordered car rack that included cross bars and footings for my Toyota Highlander. I paid extra for 3-day delivery as I needed to for Christmas travel (to mount luggage carrier). I get the footings and NO crossbars. Only after I contact them, do they tell me it is backordered and will be delivered in mid-January. Had to scramble to get what I needed in time for Christmas travel. Hope your experience is better than mine!
