I am so pissed. My dog died during the plan year and these crooks told me I needed to pay 300+ dollars to cancel my plan! I don't think so. I am already dealing with the death of my dog and they DO NOT CARE. DO NOT TRUST BANFIELD WITH YOUR PET'S HEALTHCARE NEEDS. THEY ARE CROOKS. PERIOD.
