They stall intentionally. All that was requested was delivered immediately. They let the lock rate date pass by dragging their feet. Then they add over $4000 to extend the lock. This process is a total conflict intended to increase their fees. They should be investigated by what ever oversight organizations exist. JMAC SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.
