CROOKS – BILLING RIPOFF – STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM

This place is a broker RIPOFF ARTIST. Subcontract containers from local companies, send you endless forms of terms and conditions so they can OVER CHARGE for overages that do not occur and charge your credit card. When you contact CC company to contest charges Budget sent CC company endless forms showing how you "agreed to their terms" DO NOT EVER USE!!!!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT EVER USE FOR ANY REASON.
