Dishonest business, avoid at all costs. If you don't, it will cost you plenty. A den of thieves. We bought a Thor Axis RV from them last year. We stupidly bought in to their sales pitch for extended warranties on the coach, the tires and the outside finish on the coach. Quickly realized out mistake and tried to cancel these grossly overpriced policies (better extended warranty policies can be found for half the price America Choice charges). Spent over a month, leaving numerous messages for the crook that sold us the policies, left messages for the manager, etc. Never got a call back from anyone. Due to our busy schedule, one month dragged in to two. Finally, called the warranty companies directly and started the refund procedure. Learned that the warranty on outside finish wasn't refundable but those on the coach and tires were. Refund was pro-rated and we had to pay for the 2 months warranties were in effect, even tho the warranty companies had no cost or even exposure to potential costs, since the RV was still under factory warranty. So, our cost for those 2 months was totally the fault of America Choice RV. They will slow-walk you by not responding to calls, emails, etc. They also try to screw you over on warranty repairs. Our RV developed a problem with the battery charger/inverter, 3 days after we took delivery. America Choice determined that the unit was defective and took 3 weeks to replace it. The defect resulted in severely over charged coach batteries, so over charged that they boiled out all the acid and burned up the batteries. When we went to pick up our RV, after it was repaired, I asked if they'd replaced the batteries. They said no, that they didn't need replacing. I said that wasn't acceptable; that I wanted new batteries. I had them test the old batteries and they proved to be 'cooked' and ruined. America Choice service manager said batteries weren't authorized by Thor for replacement. I said that was ridiculous and we weren't leaving until new batteries were installed and that we weren't paying for them, as they said we'd have to do. After hemming and hawing, they finally begrudgingly put in new batteries and we left. We'll NEVER do business with America Choice RV again and strongly urge you to avoid this den of thieves.
