Crook rules french door direct/beware

I bought a door in June which was delivered incomplete with hardware. After my phone call Don promised to send missing pieces immediately, but never did it. After couple of reminders he stopped answering calls and I assume has put me on the do-not-answer call list. If I call from a different phone he'd pickup but as soon as he realized it was I he'd say he'll check and immediately hangs up. The $3,000 door still missing hardware six months later despite all my efforts. Please be aware and stay away.
