1 - CRJ aircraft are truly insulting to passengers on an airline gat claims to care about passengers. The entire line sucks horribly. The cabins are too small. The facilities are inadequate - air conditioning never functions enough to make the flight beatable. They are always crowded and frankly, if you are going to fly my on these horrible aircraft, I might as well, pay discount airline rates. STOP INSULTING WITH [censored] PLANES !!! 2 - your says I can select not to be upgraded to comfort +, but, for some reason, I usually am. This is not an upgrade. Frankly again you are insulting me. I get set up at a bulk head seat and it takes 20 minutes to work the kinks out so I can walk after a 22 minute flight. STOP UPGRADING ME WHEN I HAVEN'T ASKED FOR IT!!!
