I have ordered a cake from GiftsnIdeas and it did not arrive on time, it actually never showed up and refund was not given. Long story short. After not receiving the cake I contacted these guys and asked what was going on and they said that I gave them the wrong address and phone number, so they were not able to deliver and call me. Really? How it is even possible for a person to forget his own phone number and address? Anyways, I told them my address and phone again and said that I'm waiting for my cake and they said that I'll get it soon. When it did not arrive again and contacted them and demanded my money back and they said that they don't do refunds and told that it was all my fault and that I provided them false information twice! Are you kidding me?? This is s criminal organization and it should be investigated!
