I called on time to make an payment via phone for my June statement. I am upset because I wasn't notified until late that the payment didnt process and I was supposed to receive a doubled credit line this month 6.22.2020. I called customer service and she explained when I paid over the phone I missed 1 number and thats why it didn't draft. I would like my credit line fixed as this was no fault of my own. I did not recieve the doubled line yesterday due to this one months mishap.
