It's a bit of a long review...sorry Last month I brought my dad here to buy a whole new bed everything went fine. So last weekend I decided to go there as well and buy myself a new mattress and box spring and I specifically asked DAN the sales person to make sure that I get a split box spring because a full size one will not fit up my stairs that is the reason we didn't have one. My husband even spoke to him on the phone the day that I paid to ensure that the price included taxes delivery and a split box spring and DAN said yes. A day later the delivery guys come to my house with a full box spring and I told them that is not what I ordered or paid for I specifically asked for a split because it will not fit up my stairs. They asked if I paid for a split then said they'll call the store. I showed the receipt. They made a call and while they were on the phone they said that it would be $100 for one and they had an extra one in their truck right now. I told them I'm sorry I do not have $100 on me so they asked if I had a credit card and I said I do not and I'm not paying $100 right now. I was asked to go to the store later to pay the $100 and I told them to go and I was going to talk to my husband when he got home. **note they pulled the same thing to my dad when they delivered his bed** The next day DAN calls me while I'm at work leaves me a message about the $100. I forgot to call him back. WELL last night at 9PM the owner STEVE shows up at my doorstep asking about $100!! WTF he never tried calling me once and he had the nerve to show up at my house and his fancy BMW asking me about this $100 now tell me that's not as unprofessional amd as *** as you can get!! He's lucky he didn't get a punch in his face right off the bat for waking up my child. If there was a way that I could return my bed set I would in a heartbeat but from all the other reviews that I'm reading that is very unlikely to happen. I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I'll be sure to tell my other two friends that were going to go there to go somewhere else I will make sure that I get this out there to as many people as I can that he came to my house asking about $100 and he was not very nice.
