So then I went to the Harris Poll website and completed the form about not receiving points -- twice! Each time I get this message: " The survey has been reset since you started taking it. To restart it, please follow the link in the email or other website that originally sent you here. We apologize for the inconvenience." Why do they make it so difficult to be a member of Harris Poll?????? I wasted 15-20 minutes on the poll and at least that much time trying to contact them -- to no avail.
