Dear Sir/Madam: I am trying to use the above voucher to book my upcoming hotel stay for May 1-5 in Kihei, Hawaii. I've gone to your website and unable to book or input voucher. When voucher was issued I was advised that I have ONLY 1 year to use this. It is not my fault that your website or company is having issues. You had NO problem keeping my $800+ US. I look forward to your response in a timely manner. If I do not I will have no other choice to take matters into my own hands by the BBB or legal.
