I ordered by mistake the Mini heater and returned it October 30th, 2017. You received it the first of November. I have tried to talk to someone in Customer Service several times and no one will answer the phone. I paid $159.00 for the Mini and I want my credit for $159.00 ASAP. It has been 2 months since you received it. I have been a good customer of yours as I have boughten 5 heaters from you. This is no way for you to do business. Please look into this for me. You took my money for the Tower heater so you should credit me for the return. Margie Moffitt Acc#6419058
