We are on a annual Eft payment system that is updated the 1st of August annually. Account is then due and payable by the 1st of August for CURRENT Year bookings of which we have a Mid Week and Weekend. We have paid (INFULL) 2019 Levies and space banked it for this year. We could not access due to covid and now that restrictions are lifted we are DENIED access because CURRENT year levies are not paid. We cannot even be assisted with available dated to access the space banked mid week. This is poor business practice to Deny access to Paid Up accommodation (referring to 2019)
