I have a credit card account with NY and Company through Comenity Bank and one of the "promises" is a birthday rewards coupon sent "No Exclusions" for $10 off on your birthday month. This store runs sales ALL the time to get around honoring coupons and other coupons specifically say "cant be used when having storewide sales...etc" This one doesn't It's bad enough you can use the coupons the store gives out but when they wont honor an incentive mailed out by their credit card underwriter, to me, that's fraud. In other words, they have the entire store on sale all the time and then that way they don't have to honor their massive amount of coupons they give out. Yes I've contacted both sides. I guess I should just cut up my credit card.
