Credit card not accept

My account is locked out of Tesla.com when I try to access my account it locks me out saying access denied so I cant change my password or update my credit cards for Tesla charging network. Been on road trip and supercharger couldnt access a credit card that has expired. I needed to update my account which is denied access. Trying to contact Tesla via voice jail for over 1 hour. Really PISSED User's recommendation: Make sure you have 2 email address on you account to access.
