i have been a customer of bbva for a few years now, i had an auto loan paid off and i have a checking account also a credit card account for a few years with no missed payments and paying several hundred at a time .. this morning my credit card was denied on a lyft transportation for a few dollars, in researching how this could possibly happen i noticed that my limit was taken from 1200 to 500 for no apparent reason and with no notice whatsoever. If this is the way you do business i want no part of it. I would however like an explanation on how you do this to a customer that has done business with you for several years with not a single late payment.
