Credit Card Fraud, falsification of signature. THEFT

1

The required Heli school inscription was done on April 13th, 2018. They requested a signed Credit Card authorization form for the amount of US$930. Along with identification. (see attached #1) There were a total of three trips made of approx. one month attendance time at the school over the past year since inscription. Over these attendances, every flight/class was paid for (we have various records of this should you require proof) either by wire transfers (all records held by Banco de Progresso) or by cash payment – final payment of US$1200 sent on October 9th 2018 in the form of a wire transfer (see attached #2) October 12th we were notified that this was NOT received by the Heli school (see attached #3) and also found out the amount was less than US$1200 and the final payment amount was only US$930. The amount was corrected and Luisa (Banco de Progreso) proceeded to wire again for US$930. On October 17th. (see attached #4) I was not informed if this money was received by the Heli school however I know that Luisa was confirming this and no funds were returned to my account. On December 14th, 2018 – the amount of US$1930 was removed from my account without my permission. I immediately claimed to my Bank. (see attached #5) Upon confronting the Heli school, the director advised the funds were never received and we responded as we had confirmation they were from Banco de Progresso (see attached #6 – 6a,6b,6c,6d and 6e) Upon receiving the Claim supposedly outlining what was owed for the stolen US$1930 there are faked documents. First (attached #7) an credit card receipt with a falsification of my signature dated December 13th, 2018. If you require my passport showing all my entry/exits I will gladly forward to show that I was NOT in the USA on those dates to have been able to sign this. The signature is also different than my own and I am very surprised that Amex Fraud department does not recognize this. there is a Credit Card Authorization form with a falsified signature (attached #8). *** I myself am placing a complaint directly with the FBI and the Better Business Bureau with all this information and proof so that criminal charges will be filed against the owner of this Heli School. Sincerely David Malconyan
