Dear NCB Team, My Name is Nasir Hameed Ansari My Iqama Number [protected] Last Four digits of my credit card: 5014 I am a Visa Platinium card holder, I was looking at Alahlionline for my credit cards under my name. I found that I am holding two credit cards with (active status) I tried to close the credit card which was not with me but later on I found that my both the cards have been closed. I called the online phone banking and complaint about the closed credit cards, I asked them to reopen my credit card, unfortunately they were not able to reopen as it was closed by myself. I asked them it was done mistakenly because I was trying to close the other card which is not with me. I asked to let me speak to the manager who can solve my problem, they replied that manager will call on your registered number. Its more than two weeks and nobody called me. If you are unable to reactivate my credit card then please transfer SR 6189.96 to my NCB account as I owe this amount to the credit card which I paid in advance to utilize during my vacation to USA. Also bank has charged SR 300 for the yearly fee which use to be SR 200, I think before increasing the fee you should have inform to your customers, these days many banks are offering their credit cards without any annual fee.
