I called to speak with the manager the lady got on the phone stating she was the manager, I explained to her all the stuff I paid for was not in my order. I had to pay a total of 3.95 for some extra condiment. She told me to hold on she would check order, she never came back to the phone. So I took my other cell phone and called back up to American Deli the lady that answered the phone had no professionalism at all. She said it was no manager there and have not been one there all-day then she hung up in my face. Because they were so rude I want my 3.95 back. I did not get my service but my card was deducted. User's recommendation: Not to order from the place because the staff is so unprofessional.
