Credit card abn amro bank settled

Dear ADCB, I paid my balance amount to credit card to (abn amro bank) in 2012, in your branch sharjah (al meena street) amount dhs. 11000 they promise to give clearance from your side. recently I find the amount still pending on my name with breau office. please I need any one to call me from your side [protected] hassan rahal
