Credit balance inquiry

First, I am offended by the title of your service, pissed consumer. I feel it trivializes a trusted business relationship. I wanted to speak to a representative to confirm my balance, after doing some shopping and making some returns. In 4 separate phone calls, I was never able to speak to a person and the system has obviously not updated to include my recent transactions. User's recommendation: Don’t bother calling this number. You will only connect with a recording which is not an updated account of your billing.
