credit accepted but refusal to ship

I am a US citizen who resides in Germany. I have a US credit card which I use to make purchases when I am in the US or visiting my family. I recently tried to purchase a pair of jeans and have it sent to my brother ( who I will be visiting and who has the same, extremely unique last name) . They held the order and requested that I call them. I called them from Germany and explained he situation. When they asked for my shipping address (my parents residence in the US)- which they moved to 2 years ago and wheee I have been only once)they were bothered that i didn't know the cross streets of he address. Then after they emailed me again, I wrote a lengthy response clearly explaining the situation. A few hours later I received an email that they would only send me order to my billing address??? WTF. This makes no sense? Why can't I order a product to be delivered to another address is I want? I already own 5 pairs of jeans which i have bought from their website. Never again!!! If you like their jeans buy them at Nordstrom where the service is great or at Amazon where the prices are better and the shipping is quicker.
