I purchased a new phone and when I try to migrate my points and my gift cards it wont allow me stating that my email address is already used. No duck! Im trying to migrate points so of course my email is already being used. Tried calling your toll-free number and it states that the offices are unavailable. Ive had a lot of issues with your app and Im beginning to wonder if its worth it. I should only be a few points away from getting a free five dollar reward. User's recommendation: Don’t rely on their app to stay up and running to use your gift cards.
